Indoor or Outdoor Climate Vine Purchase Contract and Conditions

Congratulations on the purchase of a brand-new Indoor or Outdoor Climate Vine!

Preliminary Steps: Challenging Forces will mail the purchased Climate Vine(s) once the following steps have been completed:

• A purchase order and payment have been made for one or more Climate Garden structures via Challengingforces.com or through a representative by phone.
• The structure is prepared for assembly.
• Climate Garden structures are installed in the sequence of orders received. While      Challenging Forces will assemble and install Climate Gardens as promptly      as possible, no specific installation date is guaranteed until your order      is in the queue.

Product Variants and Installation:

• Climate Gardens are available with or without ponds and can be assembled on either the owner’s property or company property.
• Orders for Climate Gardens without ponds or those to be assembled on Challenging Forces' property may be processed faster than those with ponds.
• Challenging Forces makes no guarantee regarding the clarity and water quality of engineered ponds. Regular maintenance, including leaf and debris removal, may be      required by the consumer.

Provided Materials:

• Customers may choose to have Challenging Forces provide soil, rock, and plants from prearranged packages or may provide their own materials.

Liability:

• Challenging Forces is not liable for any accidents, incidents, or injuries that may occur in or      around the Climate Garden structure.

Indoor Climate Vine Includes:

• Four hanging garden rings
• Four plastic garden baskets
• One hanging collar
• One mounting bracket
• One water container
• One irrigation pump
• Hanging lines (Note: The indoor Climate Vine is not intended for long-term outdoor use.)

Outdoor Climate Vine Includes:

• Four hanging garden rings with installed eyebolt screws
• Removable hanging lines
• One hanging collar
• One mounting bracket
• One irrigation pump
• One water container (Note: Outdoor Climate Vines are also suitable for indoor use.)
